ANALYTICAL
PSYCHOLOGY
I discovered the psyche and more importantly, Jungian psychology, after a psychotherapist recommended a book to me. The book was written by a Jungian Analyst and I read it from start to finish within a weekend. I was so struck by the content and how it made sense of my own life. Since then I have read many books about Jungian analytical psychology which has helped me with my own personal #development and professional training. If you would like to read or learn more about Jungian ideas, the #unconscious or personality type, here are my top recommendations for further reading. I hope you also find some inspiration from their content and discover you!
