ANALYTICAL
PSYCHOLOGY
I discovered the psyche and more importantly, Jungian psychology, after a psychotherapist recommended a book to me. The book was written by a Jungian Analyst and I read it from start to finish within a weekend. I was so struck by the content and how it made sense of my own life. Since then I have read many books about Jungian analytical psychology which has helped me with my own personal development and professional training. If you would like to read or learn more about Jungian ideas, the unconscious or personality type, here are my top recommendations for further reading. I hope you also find some inspiration from their content and discover you!
